Fitzwalter, Stirling & Hodge, LLP, is a private practice law firm founded by Norman Fitzwalter.

Norman Fitzwalter became friends with Andrew Stirling, a renowned Chicago criminal defense attorney and brilliant legal thinker and writer. After a year, Fitzwalter & Stirling brought in Gerald Hodge, a well-connected attorney with who counted among his many clients the Loxley Group, a large multinational company with interests in a dozen industries. With the addition of Hodge, a first-rate legal triumvirate was born. Fitzwalter, the consummate trial attorney, went to court. Stirling wrote the briefs and plotted legal strategy, and Hodge made the rain, bringing in high-profile criminal clients and large corporate clients. The firm thrived and soon became on the largest and most prosperous in the state.
